How it works
We are open 10 am - 9 pm (GMT/UTC+7) every day
After placing your order take note of your order number and amount owed then go to Messenger here or located on the bottom right corner of the screen. (Tip: Stay on the checkout confirmation screen which shows your order number and invoice)
You will be greeted by the chatbot. Choose the option "New Order [unpaid]" and follow the instructions and prompts carefully to pay for your order.
After successful payment, we will ask you for your dodo code or send you ours to collect your order.

No payments are processed on the website. 'Debit/credit card payments are processed on Messenger with encrypted/secured via Stripe Payments.
We rarely check or respond to e-mails. Reaching us via messenger is necessary.

If you purchase but are unable to reach us during our business hours we can schedule to fulfil your order outside of our opening hours.
