We do NOT issue refunds under normal circumstances such as change of mind or incorrect purchases.
We are selling our time as a service, therefore any time taken addressing your issues is apart of the price you pay.
If in the event you are unable to connect to us because of internet issues, we will try out best to help you and solve the problem. We have multiple staff and can try with mutliple people, therefore we should always be able to deliver.
If the order you receive is incorrect, We will rectify it immediately you just need to let us know what is wrong.
Only in some extreme cases will we issue refunds, and we will have the final decision on a case-by-case basis.
In all cases, we are happy to issue a store credit for the same value you paid, which can be gifted or given to someone else if you no longer require our services.
